She’s achieved massive increases in revenue and donor retention rates for customers by implementing winning donor stewardship practices powered by right-sized technology.

In her role as President of Nonprofit Plus, Rachel works with nonprofits around the country to develop diversified, and sustainable streams of revenue to sustain their missions.

Rachel worked with Network for Good, a top donor software and fundraising platform, as a Senior Advisor of the Jumpstart Program, and as a core member of their Impact Team, a “special ops group” charged with coordinating existing local, state, and regional resources designed to help nonprofits build fundraising capacity and work with grant makers who want to do the same. Rachel has worked with funders, governments, and philanthropists focused on improving the term sustainability of the sector primarily in the South Atlantic region of the United States.

Her new book “No More Duct Tape Fundraising: The Nonprofit Leader’s Guide to Becoming an Inspirational Fundraiser” is available on Amazon and is being used in online and live classes across the U.S.
