Gerry Czarnecki
Gerry Czarnecki is a sought-after national consultant with an unbridled passion for giving back to the nonprofit world.
A self-described “governance junkie,” Gerry has served on more than 50 international, national and local nonprofit boards, including United Way, The Nature Conservancy and Junior Achievement Worldwide just to name a few.
Pulling from a successful C-Suite career, plus extensive corporate and nonprofit board consulting and coaching, he’s written seven books so far on leadership and board governance.
Because he believes in running your nonprofit like a business, in 2005 he founded National Leadership Institute, a 501 (c)(3) dedicated to improving board governance, leadership development and contemporary fundraising training.
He has presented at national and international conferences around the globe, and continues a diverse, successful C-suite career, spanning industries from banking to retail to television production and aviation.
He is also the current Chairman and CEO of The Deltennium Group, Inc., a consulting practice helping individuals and both for profit and non-profit organizations with board governance, effective strategic marketing, and managerial leadership.
Gerry lives with his wife Lois in Boca Raton, Florida.
