NLI respects the value that diverse life experiences bring to our board and leadership, and strives to listen, understand, value and implement diverse thought leadership.
NLI commits to creating needed DEI learning opportunities for the nonprofit and board member candidates we serve. We commit to conducting or identifying key research related to equity needs, so that both NLI and those we serve can continue to grow and evolve in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and equity. We are committed to both individual and organizational change, as well as equity building strategies and services.
